Hello! Today we:

  • continued to practice division - today we made word problems and solved them (see photos below)
  • did our word work, literacy centres and literacy games
  • continued to learn about electrical safety, and wattage/how we measure electricity (we did a scavenger hunt for this, see photos below)
  • also worked in minecraft today on our social studies project

Reminders: 

  • No School on Friday, April 7th or Monday April 10th

  Today we worked on our word work groups for the last time in 2022 We played mission impossible in the gym In math we finished our grocery shopping decimal addition assignments. In writing we finished our flip grids and typing out our wetland story. We worked in our reading cafe groups, the lesson group focused on finding or, ar and aw words in the text. We did chemistry with hot chocolate and learned about solvents and solutes then we watched a movie and enjoyed our science experiment!

 Hello!  Hope everyone had a great weekend. Today we:  did a division check-in checked about who brought litterless lunches/who walked to school today played a cooperative game in gym class finished recording our Minecraft videos  did word work, reading and literacy centres did our readers theatre plays! started human sexuality today (for those that did not give permission, they worked on a research project today instead). Reminders: I sent out (2) emails via school messenger earlier this afternoon with some updates re environmental week and our upcoming field trip. Photos:

 Welcome! We are so excited to be starting the 2022-2023 year!  This year, our whole school will continue to use Blogger to make our daily agenda posts.
